The Danger Agency (“we,” “us”), a service of Danger One LLC, respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect through thedangeragency.com and how we use it.
When you submit our contact or booking forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and details about your event or inquiry. We also collect standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) through normal web server logs.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, coordinate bookings and events (including coordination between you and the performer assigned to your event), process payments, and maintain our business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Our contact form includes an SMS consent checkbox. By checking that box and submitting the form, you agree to receive text messages from The Danger Agency related to your inquiry and the coordination of your event, including messages relayed between you and the performer assigned to your booking. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only as needed to deliver our services (for example, event details with the performer assigned to your booking, or with service providers such as our messaging and payment processors), or when required by law.
